1. Who You Are Buying From

This website is operated by Claudio Romanazzi OÜ, trading as Genusto, registered office Nõmme tee 64-3, Kristiine, 11311 Tallinn, Estonia.

These terms govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them.

These terms are written for consumers — people buying outside their trade, business or profession. Business purchases are accepted only by prior written agreement.

2. Placing an Order

Add the product to your basket, complete checkout, and pay. That is your offer to buy.

Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — stock, payment, or delivery restrictions — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Please check your name, address and email carefully before confirming. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of our returns policy, or resale without our agreement.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT and any applicable import duty where indicated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets displayed at checkout.

Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and never reach our servers.

Promotional prices, bundles and discount codes are valid only for the period and stock stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can be withdrawn at any time before your order is placed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

We dispatch from our overseas fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 working days from dispatch. We say this up front so there are no surprises.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Where a delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, we will keep you informed and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Guarantee

As a UK consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no reason required.

We also offer a 30-day commercial guarantee, which goes beyond your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product Information and Intended Use

We describe our product as accurately as we can. Photographs, videos and lifestyle images are illustrative; colours can vary slightly between screens and minor design or packaging updates may occur.

Measurements and weights are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Our product is a consumer comfort and lifestyle item. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Any comfort, convenience or usage benefits we describe relate to the design and function of the product and to typical use scenarios. Individual experience varies.

Follow the instructions supplied with the product and use it only for its intended purpose. If you have any doubt about whether the product is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified professional before use.

Keep packaging and small parts away from children.

7. Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for losses caused by using the product other than as instructed or for a purpose it was not designed for.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way that would be unlawful — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product, except where the law says otherwise.

8. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, customs action, carrier disruption, epidemics or failures of public networks.

If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

If the delay becomes substantial, you may cancel the affected order and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.

9. Complaints and Governing Law

If something goes wrong, email support@genusto.com with your order number and a short description. We aim to give a first response within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

These terms are governed by English law where you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, and you can bring proceedings in the English courts. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own courts.

As an EU-based trader we also make the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform available where applicable.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All text, images, video, logos and page design on this website belong to Claudio Romanazzi OÜ or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
